How it Works

You don’t need confidence or experience to record a LifeTrack.

The recording session is a calm, one-to-one collaboration, handled with patience and care from beginning to end. There’s no rush. You can pause, repeat yourself, and speak naturally,  just as you would with someone you know.

This is not an interview. You’re never put on the spot or expected to answer questions. Instead, you speak from a simple written guide you’ve prepared in advance. It gently shapes the recording, so you always know where you are and what comes next.

We record in short, easy sections, allowing your story to unfold at a comfortable pace.

All you need is a computer, laptop, or smartphone. We provide everything else.
